WHAT TO EXPECT & BRING

  • Kundalini Yoga uses breath and body movement to generate energy. In every class, you will move your body and breath as feels comfortable to you with the intention to expand your breathing and calm your mind.
  • Wear comfortable clothing that will allow your belly to breath, your body to stretch, and your rear end to sit comfortably for up to 11 minutes. In every class, you will sit on the floor. We will have some chairs for those that cannot sit on the floor. Bring something, like a cushion, that will support your hip bones as you sit on the floor (or chair). Also, bring a yoga mat, a thick towel, sheep skin, thick rag rug.
  • Every yoga set is completed with relaxation techniques. You will need a mat or blanket that will extend your entire body as you stretch your body.
  • Expect to move at your own pace. I provide detailed instructions, so you don’t have to worry about a thing.
